I began my personal training journey and passion when I was 17 years old. Friends, family and strangers i would meet in the gym started to like my workouts and the way I trained and instructed. I was training so many people for free that the manager came up to me one day and said if I get certified as a personal trainer I am HIRED! I did just that and trained at that gym for 3 years.
I was happy at my gym but something was missing, I wanted to test myself and see if my way of training held up to the hardest physical training in the world, the Navy Seals.
I enlisted in 2013 and graduated a Seal in 2015. Through multiple deployments, training trips and the grind of the job I wanted to keep my workouts tough, efficient, and FUN. Now I want to share some of these workouts with you all.
